Subscriber Data and Information
When you subscribe for sparesFinder services, you will need to provide additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as industry type and site locations. Much information is mandatory for the operation of sparesFinder services. Customers can opt out of providing any non-mandatory information by not entering it when asked, although in this case less value may be obtained from the use our services. Customers will be using the Site to host data and information about their spare parts inventory (“Data”). sparesFinder will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the sparesFinder Subscriber Terms and Conditions, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Subscriber Terms and Conditions, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
sparesFinder uses the information that we collect to set up Services for individuals and their organisations. Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Subscriber Terms and Conditions, we do not disclose to any third party the information provided.
Like most Web sites, sparesFinder also collects and stores information automatically and through the use of electronic tools that may be transparent to our visitors. For example, we may log the name of your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, and information provided by and about your Internet browser. Correcting & Updating Your Information
If customers need to update or change registration information they may so by editing the user or organisation record. To update a User Profile, log on to sparesFinder and select My Setup to add or update information. To update a Corporate Profile, a designated user should log on to sparesFinder and select Admin.

sparesFinder contains links to other sites. sparesFinder is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites. Please refer to the policies of the respective site.
Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control.
